Your company's memory in Hermes: search decisions, people, customers and projects across every source your team connected to Gurusup (Slack, HubSpot, Notion, uploaded documents and more), with the sources behind each answer. Portable Agent Plugins v1 package (mcp.json + skills/), remote streamable-http with OAuth 2.1, no local code and no API keys.
Good to know before installing
Hosted-only MCP connector with no local code: every tool call goes to Gurusup's server at mcp.brain.gurusup.com under the signed-in Gurusup account (OAuth via `hermes mcp add gurusup-brain --url https://mcp.brain.gurusup.com/mcp --auth oauth`; the bundled mcp.json alone yields 401), and answers are limited to what that account can see; write tools save knowledge to the company's Gurusup workspace (add_company_knowledge, skills_publish) and send issue reports or feedback to Gurusup (report_issue, send_feedback), and request_human_info can message a teammate on Slack or phone them when its dispatch flag is set.

Good to know before installing
Theme-only desktop plugin: it registers twelve themes through the plugin SDK, and their stylesheets restyle parts of Desktop's own UI (sidebar art, tabs, composer, wordmark) only while one of its themes is active. It also watches Desktop's active theme: when a terminal skin named asgard-<god> is active, it switches Desktop to that god's theme through the SDK's requestTheme. The terminal skins are plain YAML files the user copies into the Hermes skins folder by hand; the plugin does not install them or write any files. Fonts and art are bundled; no network requests, no agent tools or hooks.

Delegate coding tasks to the Devin CLI, on your computer or in Devin Cloud, with live progress cards and change review in Hermes Desktop. Every launch goes through Hermes approval; Cloud runs need a separate Cloud-managed-permissions confirmation.
Good to know before installing
Spawns the vendor devin CLI from PATH or cli_path (devin acp, devin acp --cloud, devin --print, devin auth status, devin models list); the CLI edits files and runs shell commands in a folder the model picks (any folder unless allowed_roots is set) under the configured permission mode (accept-edits/smart auto-allow edits, dangerous auto-allows everything and needs allow_dangerous: true), and talks to Cognition's servers; Devin Cloud runs use Cognition-managed permissions that Hermes does not gate. Every model-initiated launch goes through Hermes approval; follow-ups typed on a Desktop run card and answers to Devin's prompts on the card start or allow actions on that click without a Hermes prompt (unanswered card prompts are denied after 300 s by default). Uses the existing Devin CLI login and stores no credentials; Hermes provider, bot and tool secrets are stripped from the child environment (extra_env is passed as set). Background runs continue after the turn up to their timeout and post Devin's output back into the conversation as a message when they finish. Run history (prompts, diffs, command output) and model preferences are saved under plugin-data/devin unless persist_runs is

Run Hermes terminal, file and execute_code tools in Cloudflare Containers, with the workspace saved to a snapshot when idle.
Good to know before installing
You deploy the bundled Cloudflare Worker to your own account first; running containers is billed by Cloudflare; commands and file contents run in the container at HERMES_CF_ENDPOINT using HERMES_CF_TOKEN; the container has outbound internet by default (ENABLE_INTERNET); host env vars, skills and credentials are not copied into the container; dangerous-command approval stays on.

Jailbreak-kernel plugin for Hermes Agent (ported from dsh-infinite-gen-4): session-scoped modes (off/slim/on/full) with kernel profiles (core/research/creative/max), session-aware system-prompt sections, llm_request request-layer system rebuild, and opencode session rotation, removing model refusals. Ships a /jailbreak command, a progressive-disclosure ops skill, and a 276-check offline self-test.
Good to know before installing
Llm_request middleware that, by default (`on`/`full` modes), replaces the system prompt on every request with a refusal-removal ("jailbreak") kernel plus only the memory and runtime-environment sections (agent rules, skills index, context files and other plugins' sections are dropped); `slim` appends it instead, and `off` passes requests through but strips all plugin prompt sections, including other plugins'. Rotates the x-opencode-session header on opencode routes. Writes a diagnostic dump per session (full system prompt incl. memory/persona text, plus the first 200 chars of every other message and the model/provider/base_url) to its own plugin dir (dumps/); `/jailbreak dump off` or `HERMES_JAILBREAK_DUMP=0` turns it off. No network, no exec.

Good to know before installing
Omh_delegate_route writes delegation.model/provider/reasoning_effort in $HERMES_HOME/config.yaml and the session hooks restore them; omh_gather_evidence runs allowlisted checks (python -m unittest with reporting flags only, python -m compileall, git diff --check, omh doctor/probe/docs/release checks) via subprocess on the host, outside any sandboxed terminal backend and without Hermes' terminal approval, in the agent working directory or below it, so it runs whatever test code that directory holds; omh_team (only with the separate OMH core package installed) asks once through the Hermes approval prompt for an exact list of up to 8 check commands from an accepted plan, then runs them on the host as each helper returns; omh_jev_ask posts model-supplied state and questions to api.typesafe.ai (openrouter.ai only when the operator opts in via ~/.omh/jev/settings.json) with the user's own TYPESAFE_API_KEY or OPENROUTER_API_KEY, only in a turn where the user names Jev; opt-in egress_attempts (re-registers chosen core tools, needs the operator's tool-override grant) and browser_adapter (vetoes core browser_* tools) settings; reads session and cost metadata from state.db read-only; state li

Japanese laws for Hermes Agent, built on the e-Gov Law API: find a law by name, abbreviation or phrase, read one article as in force today or on a given date, and check amendment history and enforcement dates, with the source credit e-Gov's terms ask for. Ask for one Japanese law article, such as Article 32 of the Labor Standards Act, and it returns the official law text with the law number and the date that version took effect.
Good to know before installing
Sends the law names, article numbers, dates and search phrases you look up to laws.e-gov.go.jp (public API, no key); no other host, nothing written to disk. Registers blueprint jp-egov-law:weekly-amendments and does not create a cron job. When you create a job from that blueprint, one model turn runs once a week (default Mon 09:00, Hermes tz or the host clock if unset, not converted to Japan). A turn that calls a tool is at least two model requests, and there is no daily cap. The agent can schedule it, and scheduling it twice creates two jobs. Silence is not "no amendment". Uninstall leaves the cron until hermes cron remove. Tools stay on every platform, including gateways (a guest can call them; hermes tools disables one). While the plugin is enabled, its skill adds one line to the skills index of every session, including surfaces where the tools are turned off. v0.21.4 and v0.21.5 load the tools and skip the blueprint.

Runs unattended Hermes agent turns inside bubblewrap (terminal and file tools, no network, no credentials); a host-side broker and the CLI write to GitHub (reviews, comments, labels, issues, repo webhooks, and opt-in fixer pushes, which may push CI fixes, merge commits of the base into a PR's own branch to resolve conflicts, and issue-fix branches and PRs, including an opt-in auto-fix that hands issues its triage seat labels (never P0-P2, capped per day) to the fixer without a maintainer, plus an opt-in clean merge of the base into a review-only author's same-repository PR branch when it conflicts or falls behind, a branch the loop does not own; it never merges a PR) with repo-scope PAT files you provide; edits Hermes's webhook_subscriptions.json directly and its watchdog re-adds this loop's routes while armed; writes gate scripts into the seat profiles' scripts/ folders and creates one hermes cron job (its migrate command replaces the old hermes-review-loop job and copies that plugin's settings); its backup command writes a 0600 archive of the plugin's state, including webhook route secrets, to a path you choose, and restore writes one back into the Hermes home and recreates the c

Operating skill for Hermes cron: lifecycle rules (pause vs disable vs remove, `in 30m` vs `30m`), four ways to avoid needless LLM runs (no_agent, wakeAgent pre-check, monitor, [SILENT]), verify-after-change, a layered runbook and a read-only doctor that complements `hermes cron doctor` and reports one error across several jobs as one scheduler fault and a cron store that cannot be written. Portable Agent Plugins v1 package (plugin.json + skills/); no tools, hooks, middleware or env vars.
Good to know before installing
Skill only, no network; the bundled doctor reads ~/.hermes/cron/jobs.json, ticker stamps and executions.db (or a named profile's store with --profile) read-only, checks the cron directory's permissions and free space without writing, and runs the local hermes cron doctor (argument list, no shell), whose job loader may repair malformed jobs.json entries (--no-builtin skips it).

Hermes Agent OpenTelemetry traces and dashboard logs, with local-model cost estimates and optional in-process evaluation, GPU, energy, and CO2 metrics via genai-otel-instrument.
Good to know before installing
Sends OpenTelemetry traces and log records for every turn, LLM call and tool call (session ids, models, token counts, costs, tool names, errors) to an OTLP endpoint, `http://localhost:4318` unless `HERMES_OTEL_ENDPOINT` points elsewhere; prompt, response and tool argument/result text is included only when `HERMES_OTEL_CAPTURE_CONTENT=true`; if `genai-otel-instrument` is installed it is activated in-process and instruments the LLM client libraries Hermes uses.

Big tool outputs, kept small, nothing lost: old tool results shrink to the lines that matter and every distinct error, and the tameru_expand tool brings back the exact original. Deterministic and local, with no LLM calls.
Good to know before installing
Subclasses Hermes's built-in ContextCompressor and overrides its private prune/demote methods (checks their shape at startup and falls back to stock compaction when they change). Unless you set compression.proactive_prune_tokens yourself, turns on proactive tool-result pruning with a trigger scaled to the model's context window, and after each prune shortens Hermes's re-prune runway. Adds a model-callable tameru_expand tool that returns pruned tool output from memory or from this session's archive (web, browser and MCP output stays wrapped as untrusted data); complex regex greps run in a short-lived local Python child process. No network calls; the render log is off by default.

Windows and WSL triage skills for Hermes: processes that survive a quit (orphaned stdio MCP trees, lingering python/uv/node children), WSL-to-Windows interop where an argument reaches cmd.exe as shell syntax, config and encoding traps (UTF-8 BOM, legacy console code pages), and long-path or reserved-name errors. Japanese government statistics from the e-Stat API: search tables and fetch figures such as population, households, wages, and prices, with estat_search_tables, estat_table_info, and estat_get_data.
Good to know before installing
It needs a free e-Stat application ID, set as ESTAT_APP_ID in the .env of each profile. Each call sends your search words and table selections to api.e-stat.go.jp and puts ESTAT_APP_ID in the request URL. The ID is read for the active profile on each call. An HTTP proxy set in the environment is not used, and no other host is called. Nothing is written to disk, and this plugin creates no cron job. The tools are on for every surface, including gateways, so anyone you allow there can call them with your ID. Turn a surface off with hermes tools. While the plugin is enabled, its skill adds one line to the skills index of every session, including surfaces where the tools are turned off.

Self-driving multi-agent development team. Role-based workers (architect, developer, reviewer, tester, researcher, writer, devops) are each a real Hermes profile with its own SOUL.md and skills; they discuss and vote on decisions, and the adopted conclusion is executed by the same team. A "leader" profile chairs the discussions and a heartbeat cron wakes it to assess state, unblock workers and plan the next phase. Discussion and execution share one board: a motion is a sub-task of a per-project team channel task, speech and votes are `[agora:msg]` comments, the conclusion is written to task.result, and an adopted conclusion becomes execution tasks parented to the motion so context reaches workers through Hermes' own parent handoff. Ships 20 tools, 3 kanban lifecycle hooks, a dashboard tab and an `hermes agora` CLI; installing writes nothing — the three bundled skills are deployed by an explicit `hermes agora setup`.
Good to know before installing
Creates a Hermes profile per worker by asking core to provision it (`hermes profile create --clone`, which copies config.yaml and .env into the new profile as owner-only files, never symlinks to the real credentials); spawns `hermes -p <profile> chat -Q -q` subprocesses to speak in discussions and to run dispatched tasks, which execute as full agents with that profile's toolset, including terminal and file writes inside the project workdir. Those subprocesses receive `--yolo --accept-hooks` ONLY when the project opted in via `agora_start_project(allow_unattended=True)`; the default is off, so a freshly installed team can read, discuss and plan but its flagged writes and shell commands fail closed. Also reads and writes the kanban database (tasks, task_comments, task_events, task_runs, task_links) restricted to its own project boards, including a persistent team-channel task pinned in `scheduled` status, and deletes a project's own tasks when it stops or completes; registers one recurring cron job and writes its runner script to HERMES_HOME/scripts/leader_heartbeat.sh; writes AGENTS.md into the configured project workdir; deploys three bundled skills into HERMES_HOME/skills/collabor

Offline scam gate. Blocks known-bad links and payments before a tool runs, and asks a human when it cannot see the destination.
Good to know before installing
Blocks agent tool calls that would edit Hermes config/profiles/plugins/hooks or turn approvals off, and with approvals off turns its "ask" into a block (setting when_approvals_off: allow restores asks); keeps its signing key and ask log under ~/.local/state/scamgate and phishing feeds under ~/.cache/scamgate (not per-profile); feeds download only when you run `scamgate update-feeds` (openphish.com, Phishing-Database on GitHub, optional urlhaus); optional SCAMGATE_RDAP=live sends each checked link's domain to its RDAP registry.

Brazilian Portuguese (Português do Brasil) Language Pack
Community plugin · v1.2.0
Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) language pack for Hermes Agent covering all three UI surfaces — core CLI/gateway/platforms (3,477/3,477 keys), the Ink TUI (1,356/1,356) and the Desktop app (5,172/5,176). Every translatable key exists and every value is translated against the English source of `main`: no key upstream has since removed, zero placeholder divergence, and the four remaining Desktop keys are arrays/structured values a text pack cannot carry. Checked with `hermes plugins validate` and with the pack's own `tools/verify_pack.py`, which also runs as public CI on every push. Core and TUI mirror the bundled `pt` locale, registered as a real `pt-br` variant so it wins over the `pt`/`pt-BR` alias; the Desktop catalog is the original contribution (first proposed upstream in PR #92590, 2026-08-23), since the Desktop app ships no Portuguese at all. Manifest-only plugin: flat dotted YAML catalogs under locales/, no code, no network, no dependencies. Registering the pack never changes display.language — the user opts in via `hermes config set display.language pt-br`. A weekly drift workflow reports when `main` adds or drops keys; nothing self-updates. Tradução pt-BR da interface do Hermes Agent.

Status-bar quota tracking for 17 providers: Tavily, OpenCode Go, DeepSeek, GLM (z.ai), OpenRouter, Grok (xAI), Codex (OpenAI), OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Cerebras, Moonshot Kimi, MiniMax, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, Mistral, and Qwen. DeepSeek and GLM show peak/off-peak gauges and countdowns. Includes OAuth and multi-key pools. This edition does not rotate Hermes environment keys on exhaust, and an expired OAuth token asks for a new login. Codex and Grok checks use their CLI client identity and user-agent.
Good to know before installing
Reads provider API keys from the Hermes .env and its own config.json and calls each enabled provider's own usage or billing endpoint; Codex and Grok sign-ins use those CLIs' OAuth client identity and user-agent, keep the plugin's tokens in its install folder, and ask for a new login on expiry. When the Discord gateway runs, the bot's Discord presence (visible to everyone in servers the bot shares) is updated every 20 seconds by default with tokens/sec, context-window use and the active provider's name with its remaining quota or dollar credit balance (model and running tool are opt-in); turn it off with plugins.entries.provider-status.settings.discord_presence_enabled: false. /pulse and the agent_pulse tool report process-wide telemetry (model, provider, current tool, quota) to anyone allowed to call them on a gateway. Writes a secret-free quota-cache.json into its install folder and reads Hermes config.yaml for the active model.

@ts: context references that turn timestamps into readable times for the model: @ts:1729468800123 attaches the moment in UTC, in the local time zone and as ISO 8601, with its weekday, how long ago or ahead it is, the same moment in Unix seconds, milliseconds and microseconds, and its ISO week; bare numbers are read as seconds, milliseconds, microseconds or nanoseconds by their length (or an s/ms/us/ns suffix) and the block says which; ISO 8601 and RFC 2822 dates and now work too, and up to 10 values in one reference also get the gaps between them; the TUI and Desktop composer preview a value as you type it.

Run Hermes' terminal tools inside an existing WSL distro on Windows: one bash -c per command as the distro's default user, over the same files Windows sees at /mnt/<drive>, with no Docker Desktop, no image and no container to start or tear down. A host cwd is translated (C:\Users\me\proj becomes /mnt/c/Users/me/proj, \\wsl.localhost paths become the distro's own paths) and the mount root is asked once with wslpath, so a distro that moved its automount point still gets correct paths. cwd persists across commands, stdin and exit codes ride through wsl.exe, and hermes doctor / setup and the dashboard picker get real rows (wsl.exe path, WSL version, distros present, selected distro). HERMES_WSL_DISTRO and HERMES_WSL_USER select the distro and the user.
Good to know before installing
This is a full-access backend, not a sandbox: when it is the selected backend, everything the terminal tool runs executes as your user inside your distro, with that distro's files, permissions and network access, so dangerous-command approval stays on and Hermes never stops the distro. The plugin itself reads no credentials, stores nothing and makes no network calls; it spawns wsl.exe per command and wslpath once per distro. It rewrites one core-produced string, the trailing cwd marker, because under WSL a command substitution is handed the directory wsl.exe started in rather than the shell's current one (measurements in the repo's VALIDATION.md); nothing in Hermes is patched or rebound at runtime.

Lists Diet meetings and returns a short speech excerpt, with kokkai_search, kokkai_speech, and kokkai_watch.
Good to know before installing
Talks only to kokkai.ndl.go.jp over HTTPS GET with no API key. kokkai_search returns meeting metadata and the official meeting URL, and does not return speech text. kokkai_speech reads /api/speech and returns at most 10 excerpts, each at most 240 characters, with the speaker, the meeting name, the date, and the speech URL. Those excerpts are not written to plugin-data. The tools are on for every surface, including gateways: anyone you allow on your Hermes gateway, and a guest in a room with an empty allowlist, can search, read a speech excerpt, add a watch, and approve it. Turn a surface off with hermes tools. kokkai_watch add creates one cron job that runs a model turn once a day, at the hour you pick in Hermes's own timezone, with no daily cap. It stays after uninstall until you run hermes cron remove, with -p and the profile name when the profile is not default. Adding or removing a watch asks for Hermes approval every time and is refused under cron, yolo, approvals off, unattended sessions, and plugins.isolation: host. Answering "always" adds an unused line to config.yaml. Under plugins.isolation: host the watch cannot save seen speech IDs and says so on every run. The watch re

Answer Hermes' approval prompts from your phone: once selected with security.approval.transport: ntfy, each dangerous-command prompt arrives as an ntfy push notification with Approve once, Approve for session and Deny buttons, and no answer still means deny.
Good to know before installing
Once selected, anyone who can read the ntfy topic can approve dangerous commands (the one-time answer codes are in the notification), so on the public ntfy.sh default the topic name is the only secret and NTFY_APPROVAL_TOKEN is optional; each pending approval publishes Hermes' reason, the redacted command (unless send_command is false), the non-default profile name and one-time answer codes to the configured ntfy server, then reads <topic>-reply and deletes the notification; any failure or timeout is a deny; reads NTFY_APPROVAL_TOPIC/NTFY_APPROVAL_TOKEN from the profile .env, never puts the token in a notification, follows no redirects, writes no files and starts no processes.

Git review pane for Hermes Desktop: every changed file of the agent's last turn, uncommitted, staged or unstaged work, the branch since it left the default branch, or any selection of commits, in one scroll, unified or split, with syntax colours; cites changed lines into the composer as @line: references; and stages, unstages, discards, commits, pushes and opens pull requests from the pane.

Writes run only when the user clicks: git add, restore, reset, rm, commit and push, on paths validated inside the repository; discard asks first in Desktop's confirmation dialog and deletes only the untracked files it names. By default hooks are skipped and any write that would run a program named by the repository's own config (filter drivers, signing, SSH or credential commands) is refused; the run_repo_programs setting allows them, and the read_only setting hides and refuses every write. Run Hermes' terminal, file and execute_code tools in a Linux container on Microsoft's WSL Containers (wslc) runtime, so Windows users who run WSL Containers get a sandbox without Docker Desktop.
Good to know before installing
The plugin spawns the wslc CLI (one short-lived process per command, plus one long-lived container per environment) and every call runs inside that container; containers have outbound network access unless docker_network is false; persistent sandboxes are left stopped on disk until removed; host environment variables enter the container only when named in docker_forward_env, and only paths listed in docker_volumes are bind-mounted. wslc rejects --cap-drop, --security-opt, --pids-limit, --init and --storage-opt, so this sandbox is not capability-dropped the way the Docker backend's is, container_disk is reported but not enforced, and dangerous-command approval deliberately stays enabled for this backend. The plugin reads no credentials, stores none, and makes no network calls of its own.

Quarterly MLIT prices for one city, via reinfolib_quarter. Use it for Japanese real estate and property prices in one city: it returns the number of recorded sales, the median trade price and the first 20 rows for a quarter. Good to know before installing
Sends your REINFOLIB_API_KEY as Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key to www.reinfolib.mlit.go.jp (HTTPS, XIT001) or the host of REINFOLIB_BASE_URL. Plain http is refused except 127.0.0.1 and localhost, where the key is not encrypted. On for every surface, including gateways, so anyone you allow can call it with your key, with no approval prompt, including unattended cron, yolo, and approvals off. hermes tools does not stop /jp-reinfolib. Stop the slash command with allow_admin_from, user_allowed_commands, group_user_allowed_commands, or by disabling the plugin. After a GET returns, this process waits 1 second before the next, each GET stops after 30 seconds with no bytes, and there is no retry or daily cap. Blueprint jp-reinfolib:weekly-city-check is once a week (default Monday 09:00) and calls only this tool after you schedule it. This plugin does not create a cron job or write a file. A job you schedule stays until hermes cron remove and may include your MCP servers. HTTP 404 means no data for that request, not zero rows and not unchanged prices. A scheduled run is one model turn. A turn that calls the tool is at least two model requests. An empty slash allow list does not stop this tool. R

Attach an image inline to the session model when it can see one, instead of letting an explicit auxiliary.vision backend describe it. Core already attaches images natively by default; what this plugin changes is an explicit auxiliary.vision setting, which it overrides so the model reads the pixels directly. The image stays in context, so follow-ups do not reprocess it. The model's modality comes from the local models.dev cache; no network calls and nothing to configure.
Good to know before installing
Replaces the vision_analyze handler through tool_execution middleware: when the local models.dev cache says the main model takes images and its provider carries images in tool results, it attaches the image itself even if you configured an auxiliary.vision backend (agent.image_input_mode: text still turns this off); the image stays in the conversation and is resent on later turns; relies on Hermes private vision helpers, so after a Hermes update it may silently fall back to the normal path.

Community plugin that rewrites Hermes terminal commands through RTK (rtk-ai/rtk, Apache-2.0) so the model sees compact output. Adds a backend gate: it rewrites only for terminal backends a profile opts in to (default local), so a Docker or remote backend without rtk never receives an rtk command. Fail-open pre_tool_call hook (2s timeout).
Good to know before installing
Every terminal command on an opted-in backend (default local) is passed to the rtk binary on the Hermes host's PATH (or RTK_BIN) and replaced with rtk's stdout before approval and execution; the plugin does not validate the rewrite, fails open on timeout or error, and downloads nothing (the repo's optional Containerfile fetches a checksum-pinned RTK release only when you build it). Japanese subsidy search and weekly watch, built on the jGrants public API.
Good to know before installing
Searches api.jgrants-portal.go.jp with no API key and no daily request cap; each call waits at most 60 seconds and retries at most twice, and a result is a search match, not proof that every subsidy came back. The plugin has no user list of its own: anyone you allow on your Hermes gateway can call these tools and change this profile's watch, and the agent can set up a watch by itself. In a Chatwork room listed in CHATWORK_ROOMS, everyone can call them while CHATWORK_ALLOWED_USERS is unset. The tools are on for every platform, including gateways; turn them off per platform with hermes tools. While the plugin is enabled, its skill adds one line to the skills index of every session, including surfaces where the tools are turned off. The /subsidies command is outside hermes tools; limit it with allow_admin_from or user_allowed_commands, or disable the plugin. The optional weekly watch is an unattended cron job that runs a script with no model call and is not a sandbox; delivering it to bot-chat instead runs one model turn on the fetched text. If delivery fails after the script runs, those subsidies are already marked seen and the text stays under cron/output/. Uninstall leaves the cron

One /crew message becomes verified work on the kanban board. A coordinator owns every card until its proof command exits 0 - one writer per card, an independent verifier, a hard token budget per card, and a live local dashboard of every card, run and tool call.
Good to know before installing
Install.py creates four crew-* profiles cloned from your chat profile (including its .env provider keys and memories), deletes non-crew skills in them, updates crew in other profiles and on Linux starts a loopback dashboard service (127.0.0.1:8799, transcript excerpts; --publish serves it to one tailnet login), restarting it when an upgrade changes the plugin code; it never approves shell hooks itself, but on a terminal offers (y/N) to open each profile's Hermes so Hermes asks for hook consent, first revoking approvals whose hook script changed; on native Windows the service and the optional nightly cron are skipped and the dashboard is started by hand, and proofs run in Git for Windows's bash; a Crew tab in the Hermes dashboard and a native Crew page in Hermes Desktop build that board inside the Hermes backend, including its transcript excerpts, each live card's step count and last tool name, and its acknowledge, Unstuck, Retry, Proof and Stop actions, under /api/plugins/crew/ to anyone with dashboard access; a detached coordinator makes read-only model decisions and runs card proof commands unattended with a scrubbed env, flagged or changed proofs only after the owner answers /cr

An Obsidian-compatible map of how your codebase works (modules, flows, integrations, platform traps, decisions), kept outside the repo and kept honest by hooks: a primer on the first turn, pointers to the notes that own what you are asking about or editing, and a reminder through the verify gate when code moved but the map did not. Eight lightkeeper:* skills carry the procedures (init, seed, tidy, trace, release, knowledge-vault, vault-sync, vault-tidy); the vault CLI (find, check, sync, status, log, export) works from any shell. Not a memory provider.
Good to know before installing
Each hook runs python3 on the plugin's own scripts as a synchronous subprocess with a 10 s timeout (on every user message, after every write_file and patch, at the verify step and at session end), and those scripts run read-only git commands (rev-parse, remote get-url, worktree list, ls-tree, status, log) in the session's checkout and in the vault folder; the session primer and prompt hints put text from the vault's notes into the model's context; the hooks read the vault registry ~/.claude/vaults and the vault folders it lists, and write only inside the vault (_meta/index.json), a small per-session state file in the system temporary directory ($TMPDIR), and the plugin's own data directory; the init, seed, sync, tidy, trace and release procedures run the vault CLI through the terminal and commit to the vault's own git repository, and vault init appends the vault to ~/.claude/vaults and, only when you pass its opt-in flags, copies a vault launcher to ~/.local/bin (--install-cli), installs report-only post-merge and pre-push hooks in your code checkouts (--git-hook), or adds a post-commit hook that pushes every vault commit to the remote you name (--backup-remote); vault export write

Local ledger of the turns in which the agent changed files with write_file or patch: /edit-log shows how many turns changed files, how many files in all, the median per turn, the most changed file type and how long ago the last one was, per model, platform or day, a table of file types (extensions), or the newest turns, for the last 24 hours, any number of hours or days, the latest session or everything recorded; /edit-log recent lists the newest turns (ten, or up to 100 with /edit-log recent 50). Good to know before installing
Subscribes to pre_verify as an observer only: always returns nothing, so it never keeps the agent going or changes a turn; writes turn metadata (model, platform, file count, files per extension, a 12-digit hash of the session id; never a path, file name or answer text) to plugin-data/edit-ledger/edits.jsonl, trimmed to 5,000 rows past 2 MB; never opens the changed files; no network

Pre_tool_call auto-backgrounds long terminal/process commands (modify: background=true, notify_on_complete=true) and rewrites chained terminal commands when enabled. Disclosure — hook and tool logic runs in prebuilt native binaries (libaphrodite_hermes + aphrodite proxy, v1.6.6) built from the public PlayForm/Aphrodite source and fetched by an explicit download.sh step checked against in-tree SHA-256 sums; register() starts a background proxy on 127.0.0.1:9797/9798 whose management routes are open to local processes unless APHRODITE_MGMT_TOKEN is set; pre_tool_call by default rewrites slow terminal commands (cargo/npm/pip/docker/curl…) to run in the background (background=true, notify_on_complete=true) and splits chained commands when enabled; aphrodite_prefetch reads files the model names into its store (refuses .env, auth.json, ~/.ssh and the Hermes home); requires its own APHRODITE_API_KEY for an upstream LLM endpoint (default api.openai.com).

Browse, search, read, write, upload, download, copy, move, share, delete and restore files on Yandex Disk over its REST API.
Good to know before installing
Sends every request to cloud-api.yandex.net, or to the https URL in YANDEX_DISK_BASE_URL if you set one, with your YANDEX_DISK_OAUTH_TOKEN read through Hermes; file bytes go to the upload and download hosts the API hands out, without the token; unless YANDEX_DISK_ACTIONS leaves search out, loading the plugin sends one search request to learn whether the token may search, and yadisk_search is registered only if it may; every tool, permanent delete, emptying the bin and public share links included, is offered unless YANDEX_DISK_ACTIONS narrows them (read gives a read-only Disk); yadisk_upload reads a local file and sends it unredacted, and yadisk_download writes one, after Hermes' shared file-safety rules and the plugin's own: upload refuses .env files, Hermes' credential stores, Hermes' own directory and the home directories that hold keys and logins; download refuses credential files, Hermes' own directory, .hermes directories, agent instruction files such as AGENTS.md, system locations and paths outside HERMES_WRITE_SAFE_ROOT; other local files are within reach; YANDEX_DISK_ROOT confines Disk paths, not local ones; an upload from a URL makes Yandex fetch that URL; file names and c

Give every Hermes kanban task a live Discord forum thread with a rewritten status card and append-only event log.
Good to know before installing
Sends task and lifecycle data to the configured Discord webhook (no host allowlist). Cards and event replies use built-in or operator-configured templates and may include identifiers, titles, status, assignment, branch and workspace metadata, relationships and blocking details, comments, event actors, reviewers, reasons, summaries, and configured dashboard links; the comment excerpt length is configurable. Fixed prerequisite announcements additionally send the prerequisite task ID, title, assignee, and up to 140 characters of its body and are not template-configurable. The absolute workspace path is off by default and requires explicit opt-in. Reads the kanban database read-only and stores thread mapping state under <kanban_home>/kanban/plugins/kanban-task-threads/. With an optional existing publisher-profile Discord bot token, reads forum and thread metadata; creates or repairs managed status tags and emojis; replaces applied tags on plugin-managed threads; renames threads; and archives or unarchives them. Preview, publish, and manage websites hosted on Showly from Hermes Agent, through the hosted Showly MCP server (Streamable HTTP). Portable Agent Plugins v1 package (mcp.json + skills/).
Good to know before installing
Tool calls go to Showly's hosted MCP server at mcp.showly.ai. The bundled showly-hosting skill makes Showly the default for any deploy, preview or share request that names no provider, and new links default to public (anyone with the link). The showly-reports skill runs a bundled local Node.js renderer (vendored answer-me-with-html 0.4.14, upstream self-update check removed) through the shell and uploads the report directory to Showly when sharing is requested. Sign-in is out of band: `npx @showly/mcp-server login --to hermes` (unpinned) writes MCP_SHOWLY_API_KEY into ~/.hermes/config.yaml.

Context engine that compresses older tool output and turns locally with LLMSlim instead of asking a model for a summary: no LLM call, deterministic output, and the start of the prompt is sent unchanged, so prompt caching keeps working. Select it with context.engine: llmslim.
Good to know before installing
Installs llmslim==0.11.2 from PyPI (with numpy, scikit-learn and jsonschema); registers no tools, hooks or middleware; makes no network calls, runs no shell commands, needs no credentials, writes no files and sends no telemetry; reads its settings from config.yaml through Hermes's config loader. List, create, update, RSVP to, move and delete Yandex Calendar events over CalDAV, with attendees, busy status and several calendars.
Good to know before installing
Sends every request to caldav.yandex.ru, or to the HTTPS URL in YANDEX_CALENDAR_BASE_URL if you set one, with your YANDEX_CALENDAR_LOGIN and YANDEX_CALENDAR_APP_PASSWORD read through Hermes; all seven tools, delete included, are offered unless YANDEX_CALENDAR_ACTIONS narrows them; the tools act as your Yandex account, so adding attendees makes Yandex email each of them an invitation from you, and changing, answering, moving or deleting a meeting may notify the people on it; delete removes the event from the server and the plugin keeps no copy; event text written by other people, such as whoever invites you, reaches the agent as tool output; no other endpoint, no telemetry, no file or shell access, no background process.
