Hermes MAX.ru Integration
MAX messenger gateway with polling/webhook, streaming, interactive questions, native attachments, Core voice transcription, optional PNG tables and a Desktop sessions sidebar.
Good to know before installing
Sends the bot token and message/file content to the MAX Bot API (platform-api2.max.ru) and MAX upload hosts (*.max.ru, *.oneme.ru, *.okcdn.ru). Inbound attachments are downloaded only for allowlisted senders, with SSRF protection, and cached under HERMES_HOME. The bundled Russian Trusted Root CA is trusted only by the MAX API/upload clients, not attachment downloads. Its platform hint lets the agent attach local host files to MAX replies via MEDIA paths, and a public output hook adds a filename caption to file-only MAX replies. Webhook mode opens a listener (default 0.0.0.0:8646) that requires a secret and public HTTPS. Polling startup deletes all of the bot's webhook subscriptions. Optional table rendering launches Playwright/Chromium; with MAX_AUTO_INSTALL_PLAYWRIGHT=true it pip-installs playwright==1.62.0 and downloads Chromium (~115 MB). The MAX allowlist does not honour Hermes pairing approvals. No telemetry or self-update.

How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs
MAX_BOT_TOKEN), then asks whether to turn it on.hermes plugins install max-platform - Said no? Turn it on later:
hermes plugins enable max-platform - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
