Hermes Worker Monitor
Kanban board groups and worker health in the Hermes Desktop footer: blocked cards first and red, live running state as a coloured dot, hover for the breakdown, one click to open the board. Worker-only fork of hermes-monitor. No credentials are read and there is no network egress; it opens kanban.db and each profile's state.db read-only and returns counts only. Zero model tokens.
How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.
hermes plugins install hermes-worker-monitor - Said no? Turn it on later:
hermes plugins enable hermes-worker-monitor - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
Some plugins also need a sign-in or settings: see Full setup & settings. Memory plugins ask whether to become your memory provider instead. Steps follow the official plugins guide (opens in a new tab).
