Burnclock

Status-bar chip showing the provider balance and runway tracked by the MIT burnclock CLI, read from its local badge cache. Requires the CLI (pip install burnclock); the plugin makes no network calls and reads no credentials.

Good to know before installing

Runs a read-only shell command (cat of burnclock's local cache file) in your active local session every 60 seconds; balances come from the separately installed burnclock CLI (PyPI `burnclock`), which you configure with your provider keys and run yourself.

From the plugin's catalog listing.

How to install

  1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.
    hermes plugins install burnclock
  2. Said no? Turn it on later:
    hermes plugins enable burnclock
  3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.

Some plugins also need a sign-in or settings: see Full setup & settings. Memory plugins ask whether to become your memory provider instead. Steps follow the official plugins guide (opens in a new tab).
