Live per-Bot activity timeline for Hermes Desktop: turns, tool calls (arguments, result, duration), approvals and Group Chat streams, grouped by Bot or by Group Chat, with one-click tracking for new Bots.
Good to know before installing
Local only, no network or telemetry; records every Bot profile's turns, assistant replies, tool arguments and results, approval commands and Group Chat streams (redacted with agent.redact, capped per field, 3-day / 20k-row retention) into one SQLite file shared by all profiles under plugin-data/bot-activity; reads each Bot profile's state.db, profile.yaml and config.yaml read-only; Track now / Update runs `hermes -p <bot> plugins install <same source> --ref <same sha> --enable --yes-deps` (or copies the plugin and runs `plugins enable`) in the Bot profiles you track, never re-enabling one you disabled.

How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.
hermes plugins install bot-activity - Said no? Turn it on later:
hermes plugins enable bot-activity - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
Some plugins also need a sign-in or settings: see Full setup & settings. Memory plugins ask whether to become your memory provider instead. Steps follow the official plugins guide (opens in a new tab).
