  2. At 0:01

    "4 NEED YOU". The reply, "Here's everything in flight for your studio profile:", lists four items under "Needs attention" in red, then work in progress and finished work.

  3. At 0:03

    Red screen: "FAILED CRON". The cron job "invoice-sweep" shows "last run FAILED: Script exited with code 1" because an export folder was not found.

  4. At 0:06

    "STALLED DELEGATION": a delegation to "Compare 12 CRM vendors and shortlist three" stalled 41 minutes ago. A process marked "GONE" and a kanban task "blocked @editor" join it.
