WireGuard
Read-only status and peer list for a WireGuard server running on the same Windows machine as Hermes. Two tools: vpn_status (service state, tunnel address and port, server public key, per-peer handshake and transfer) and vpn_peers (the peer list only). The plugin runs only wg.exe show, sc.exe query, and one PowerShell adapter lookup; it never changes the tunnel and never reads the tunnel configuration file or any private key material. Windows only (WireGuard for Windows).
Good to know before installing
Runs local wg.exe show, sc.exe query and one PowerShell Get-NetIPAddress lookup (read-only, never touches the tunnel config or private key); tool results put peer public keys, allowed IPs and peer endpoint IP addresses into the conversation sent to your model provider.

How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.
hermes plugins install wireguard - Said no? Turn it on later:
hermes plugins enable wireguard - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
