Good to know before installing
Skill instructions run bundled local Python/jsonschema validators and read/write user-controlled local briefs, context packs and review outputs, which can contain personal data. Optional evidence gathering uses explicitly user/host-authorized tools, including external search and connectors; selected claims, queries or evidence go to the chosen services under their policies. There is no publisher-operated receiving endpoint, retention service, telemetry or background process. The bundled jev_gate.py runs offline; connecting a remote decision service needs separate configuration and consent. No MCP server, native plugin entrypoint, registered tools, hooks or middleware.

How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

hermes plugins enable ux3-product-design-harness - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
