Good to know before installing
Skills-only package: its workflow skills steer the agent to Proofable's hosted MCP server at mcp.proofable.me (which you add yourself with `hermes mcp add … --auth oauth`) to check identity proofs and agent permissions, create wallet-signed proofs, and store, list or revoke secrets in Proofable's hosted vault, so secrets you store and proof/agent data go to Proofable; Hermes does not prompt before those MCP tools run unless you give the server a trust setting; the skills also suggest Proofable's own optional `proofable` CLI, which edits MCP/project config.

How to install
- Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.
hermes plugins install proofable-mcp - Said no? Turn it on later:
hermes plugins enable proofable-mcp - Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
Some plugins also need a sign-in or settings: see Full setup & settings. Memory plugins ask whether to become your memory provider instead. Steps follow the official plugins guide (opens in a new tab).
