Coder

Run Hermes terminal commands in an existing remote Coder workspace.

Good to know before installing

Runs terminal commands inside your Coder workspace at CODER_URL using CODER_API_KEY; starts a stopped workspace automatically; forwards only the env vars you list in TERMINAL_CODER_FORWARD_ENV.

How to install

  1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs CODER_URL, CODER_API_KEY, CODER_WORKSPACE), then asks whether to turn it on.
    hermes plugins install coder
  2. Said no? Turn it on later:
    hermes plugins enable coder
  3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.

Some plugins also need a sign-in or settings: see Full setup & settings. Memory plugins ask whether to become your memory provider instead. Steps follow the official plugins guide (opens in a new tab).
