## Good to know before installing

With TOON_PAYER_URL set and web.extract_backend toon, every web_extract URL goes to the user's anonfetch payer sidecar and spends about $0.001 from its TOON payment channel with no per-call confirmation; the sidecar's daily cap and origin allowlist are the only spending controls; pages are fetched through Anyone network exits.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs `TOON_PAYER_URL`), then asks whether to turn it on.

hermes plugins install web-toon
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable web-toon
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
