## Good to know before installing

Registers pre_gateway_dispatch (always returns None, so dispatch is never changed), pre_llm_call and gateway_platform_event hooks; keeps a bounded in-memory record of private-chat message ids, 60-character excerpts and reactions; writes nothing to disk, makes no network requests, starts no processes and reads no secrets.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install reaction-feedback
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable reaction-feedback
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
