## Good to know before installing

Sends image prompts and any source images (local files, data URLs or public HTTPS URLs) to the OpenAI-compatible gateway base_url you configure, authenticated with OPENAI_COMPAT_IMAGE_API_KEY.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs `OPENAI_COMPAT_IMAGE_API_KEY`), then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install openai-compatible
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable openai-compatible
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
