Works alongside the built-in memory; not a memory provider.

## Good to know before installing

Runs the local git binary (isolated from the user's git config, hooks and signing) to keep a bare repository in $HERMES_HOME/plugin-data/memory-rewind/; reads only the tracked files (never .env, auth.json, databases or skills/.hub/); rewrites tracked files only when the user runs `restore`; no network.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install memory-rewind
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable memory-rewind
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
