# Laso Finance: Hermes Agent plugin

Spend USDC in the real world from Hermes: prepaid cards, gift cards, push-to-card, Venmo/PayPal and bank payouts, through the Laso Finance API. Native plugin, standard library only. Sign-in is the OAuth device flow (link and code handed to the human, approved on any device), so there is no key to paste and it works over SSH and the messaging gateway. Every tool that moves money or mints a credential goes through the Hermes approval gate first.

## Good to know before installing

The tools move real funds from the user's Laso account and agent wallet; 19 money-moving or credential-minting tools ask for Hermes approval first, but approvals.mode off / yolo, or approvals.cron_mode/unattended_mode approve, let them run without a prompt; laso_buy_with_saved_card is not prompted in Hermes (Laso requires a passkey approval on the holder's device before an order); all traffic goes to laso.finance only; the approved key is saved as LASO_API_KEY in the profile's .env and removed when Laso rejects it.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable laso-finance
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
