Read-only access to your own Apple Health data through a self-hosted HealthRelay receiver. Portable Agent Plugins v1 package with one stdio MCP server (ten read-only tools, including intake evidence; no raw SQL, no write tools) and three skills for setup, review and troubleshooting. Requires your own HealthRelay receiver (health-bridge) and an iPhone app you sign yourself; the plugin ships neither.

## Good to know before installing

Exposes your Apple Health data, read-only, from your own receiver database to whichever model you run, so use a local model or one you trust with health data; runs the separately installed health-bridge binary from PATH; the setup skill can install the receiver from the author's git tag with uv tool install.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

hermes plugins install healthrelay
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable healthrelay
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
