## Good to know before installing

Calls the account's native Freshdesk HTTPS origin with profile-scoped secrets FRESHDESK_DOMAIN and FRESHDESK_API_KEY; downloads an attachment into the Hermes cache only from that ticket's own attachment hosts; the five write tools (private note, create ticket, public reply that Freshdesk emails to the ticket's requester, time entry, status/priority update) escalate to Hermes human approval and fail closed when no person is present. No third-party dependencies, shell commands, telemetry, or self-updater.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs `FRESHDESK_DOMAIN`, `FRESHDESK_API_KEY`), then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install freshdesk
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable freshdesk
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
