Read-only and offline: no network, no subprocess, no credentials, standard library only. Darkmoon is open source (GPL-3.0); its web dashboard and remediation agent are Pro and are not used here.

Reads a local .json or .sarif file at a model-supplied path (10 MB cap) and returns its findings; no network, subprocess or writes

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install darkmoon
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable darkmoon
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
