Model provider; prompts, tool schemas and CLOUDGPU_API_KEY go to cloudgpu.app (or to CLOUDGPU_BASE_URL when the user sets it).

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs `CLOUDGPU_API_KEY`), then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install cloudgpu-provider
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable cloudgpu-provider
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
