Generic JSON-file-based bridge adapter. Bridges self-register via a registry/ manifest (presence = registered, rm = unregistered). Polls inbox/ for incoming messages, writes outgoing to outbox/. External services (imsg, Matrix, Telegram, ...) write/read JSON files in a shared directory.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs (this one needs `BRIDGE_DIR`), then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install bridge-adapter
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable bridge-adapter
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
