Agentic Resource Discovery — search a local tool catalog by intent and inspect an entry to get its invoke command. Ships the ard-registry skill plus an stdio MCP server (ard_search / ard_inspect / ard_verify); stdlib only, the run stays local.

## Good to know before installing

No network egress, no API keys and no environment variables read by the MCP front, which ranks a catalog JSON on disk; no catalog ships in the repo, so the first call returns an explicit error naming the `python -m ard_kit.catalogize` command that builds one.

## How to install

1. Install it. Hermes asks for any API keys it needs, then asks whether to turn it on.

```bash
hermes plugins install ard-kit
```

2. Said no? Turn it on later:

```bash
hermes plugins enable ard-kit
```

3. Restart Hermes so it loads the plugin.
