Read sources.json and write result.json. This is an incomplete synthetic issue export, not live GitHub. Fields: repository, complete (boolean), missingPages (exact input array), repositoryActionsTaken (empty array), excludedPullRequestIds, groups. Each group: issueIds (numbers), relationship (possible_duplicate or standalone), sourceUrls, missingEvidence (array), nextAction. Infer candidate symptom groups from the supplied bodies and platform/version evidence. Use possible_duplicate only for plausibly related reports, never a confirmed common cause. Separate reports with materially different platform evidence and standalone reports with insufficient context. Identify missing evidence and next diagnostic questions. Exclude pull requests from issue groups; do not infer merge or release status. Cover every retrieved issue once and make pagination incompleteness explicit. Do not modify input. Return a short completion message.
